摘要
本文根据对晋城地区相关企业的调查,提出非正式组织的定义,从两方面分析了非正式组织对企业中员工流失现象的影响,并阐述了管理非正式组织的建议和对策。
According to the existing researches and surveys to related businesses in Jincheng area,this paper extracts the definition of the informal organization;it analyses the effect that the informal organizations cause to the employee drains in a business from two aspects and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures concerning how to manage the informal organizations according to the effect.
