高频电离治疗仪联合局部注射卡介菌核糖核酸治疗尖锐湿疣疗效观察

Effect observation of high-frequency treatment instrumentionization combined with local injection of bacillus calmette-guerin polysaccharides nucleic on condyloma acuminate

目的探讨高频电离治疗仪联合局部注射卡介菌核糖核酸治疗尖锐湿疣的方法和疗效。方法应用高频电离治疗仪切除疣体以及局部注射卡介菌核糖核酸等治疗手段,对156例尖锐湿疣患者采取随机分组治疗的临床试验。结果 156例患者随访3～6个月,平均随访4.3个月,其中治疗组痊愈51例,显效20例,无效3例,复发4例,有效率为91.03%;对照组治愈27例,显效14例,无效15例,复发22例,有效率为52.56%。结论高频电离治疗仪联合局部注射卡介菌核糖核酸治疗尖锐湿疗效满意。

Objective To evaluate the method and effects of high-frequency treatment instrumentionization combined with local injection of bacillus calmette-guerin polysaccharides nucleic（BCG-PSN） on condyloma acuminate（CA）.Methods 156 patients of CA were treated with high-frequency treatment instrumentionization and local injection of BCG-PSN.Results The followed up ranged from 3 to 6 months with an average of 4.3 months.In the treatment group,recovered in 51 patients,improved in 20 patients,unhealed in 3 patients and recurrence in 4 patients;the effective rate was 91.03%.In the control group,recovered in 27 patients,improved in 14 patients,unhealed in 15 patients and recurrence in 22 patients;the effective rate was 52.56%.Conclusion High-frequency treatment instrumentionization combined with local injection of BCG-PSN is effective treatment for CA.
