以肿瘤血管形成为靶点的抗肿瘤治疗已成为近年来研究的热点。血管内皮生长因子(vascularendothelial growth factor,VEGF)是目前所知作用最强的促血管形成因子。本文就目前阻断VEGF信号传导途径的抗肿瘤药物研究的最新进展与耐药性等问题作一综述。

Therapy targeting angiogenesis in tumor has become the focus recently.Vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） is thought as the strongest proangiogenic factor.Therefore,the recent progress and problems on VEGF pathway inhibitors are reviewed here.
