摘要
目的:测定藏波罗花中红景天苷的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Diamonsil C18色谱柱,检测波长为223 nm,流动相为乙腈-水(7∶93),流速为1 ml/min。结果:藏波罗花中红景天苷在0.037~1.480μg范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.997 9)。平均回收率为100.5%,RSD=2.3%。测定了6批不同产地的藏波罗花中红景天苷的含量,含量范围为0.181~0.360 mg/g。结论:本法快捷、简便,结果准确、可靠,可作为藏波罗花中红景天苷含量测定的方法。
Objective: To determine Salidroside in Incarvillea Younghusbandii. Methods: Diamonsil C^8 (4.6 mm ×250mm, 5 μm) was used with acetonitrile-water (7:93) as the mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and UV detection was at 223 nm. Results: The linear range was 0.037-1.480 μg (r=0.997 9), the average recovery was 100.5 % with RSD of 2.3%. 6 batches of Incarvillea Younghusbandii were analyzed. The content of Salidroside ranged from 0.181 to 0.360 mg/g. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and very suitable for the determination of Salidroside in Incarvillea Younghusbandii.
