Sono Vue配置后搁置的时间与超声造影峰值强度相关性分析

The study of correlative analysis between the post-configuration time and enhanced peak intensity with the contrast medium of ultrasound Sono Vue

目的:探讨声诺维(Sono Vue)配置后搁置的时间与超声造影峰值强度的相关性。方法:建立34只H22荷瘤小鼠模型,采用相同剂量、不同搁置时间的Sono Vue分别对34只H22荷瘤小鼠肿瘤进行超声造影检查,储存动态造影图象。应用QLAB分析,得到超声造影峰值强度,对Sono Vue配置后搁置的时间与瘤体超声造影峰值强度值作对比、分析。结果:使用配置后搁置90 min后的Sono Vue,瘤体峰值强度明显下降,与瘤体峰值强度呈负相关性。使用配置后搁置90 min内的Sono Vue与搁置90 min后的Sono Vue对瘤体超声造影峰值强度的影响比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);使用配置后搁置90 min内的Sono Vue,更加有利于观测瘤体高增强区域及坏死区域。结论:配置后Sono Vue搁置的时间对造影强度有影响。使用配置后90 min内的Sono Vue所得到的造影图像更有利于观察与诊断。

Objective：To investigate the correlation between the post-configuration time and the peak intensity using Sono Vue.Methods：24 mice models with H22 hepatoma were established and examinated by contrasted-ultrasound with the same dose of Sono Vue at different time.All the dynamic contrasted images were collected and analyzed by QLAB in order to obtain the peak-intensity values.These parameters were analyzed and compared.Results：Peak intensity values of Hepatoma decreased obviously after using the Sono Vue more than 90 min,and it had negative correlations with Peak intensity values of Hepatoma.There was statistically difference between peak intensity values using Sono Vue in 90 min and more than 90 min（P〈0.05）.The necrotic area and high-enhancement area showed more clearly using the former.Conclusion：The post-configuration time for Sono Vue puts some effects on the peak intensity value.The contrast-enhanced ultrasonography by Sono Vue in 90 min had more benefits observation and diagnosis.
