参术胃康灵颗粒治疗消化性溃疡临床观察

Clinical observation on Shenzhu Weikangling Granule in the treatment of peptic ulcer

目的：探讨参术胃康灵颗粒治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法：收集2006~2010年我院门诊60例消化性溃疡患者,将其分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组30例服用我院生产的参术胃康灵颗粒治疗,对照组30例服用西药治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的73.3%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.021 9,P=0.044 9）;治疗组无一例出现不良反应,对照组出现7例不良反应。结论：我院生产的中药制剂参术胃康灵颗粒治疗消化性溃疡疗效确切,安全可靠,未发现副作用,值得临床推广。

Objective：To discuss the clinical efficacy on Shenzhu Weikangling Granule in the treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods：60 cases of patients with peptic ulcer were randomly collected in our hospital from 2006 to 2010,who were divided into treatment group and control group.30 patients in the treatment group were treated by Shenzhu Weikangling Granule of our hospital production,30 patients in the control group were given Western medicine.The clinical effects of two groups were compared.Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.3%,which was higher than that of control group（73.3%）,there was significant difference in two groups（χ2=4.021 9,P=0.044 9）;there was no one had adverse events in treatment group,and 7 cases in control group.Conclusion：Shenzhu Weikangling Granule of our hospital in the treatment of peptic ulcer is effective,safe and reliable,and has no side effect and is worthy of promotion.
