摘要
目的:对仙鹤草的安全性进行评价,以便为仙鹤草的综合利用提供依据。方法:运用急性毒性试验、小鼠骨髓微核实验对仙鹤草进行系统的安全性评价。结果:仙鹤草的半数致死剂量(LD50)>80 g/kg,并且小鼠骨髓微核实验结果为阴性。结论:仙鹤草属无毒物质,本试验条件下无致染色体畸变作用。因此初步认为仙鹤草是一种比较安全的中药。
Agrimoni a pilosa Ledeb is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine,although it was listed as a food,the relative systematic toxicity and safety evaluation experiment was lacking.Methods:Systematic safety evaluation experiments were done using acute toxicity and genetic toxicity experiments including mice bone marrow micro-nuclear test.Results:LD50 was higher than 80 g/kg;no significant differences were observed in micronuclei rates.All toxicity tests were negative.Conclusion:It was found that Agrimoni a pilosa Ledeb didn't have mutagenic effects,agrimoni a pilosa Ledeb was a substance with low toxicity and has no genetic toxicity.
