摘要
本月下旬，国家质检总局将择日正式召开听证会，对9月21日公布的《家用汽车产品修理、更换、退货责任规定（征求意见稿）》（以下简称《意见稿》）立法听证。经历7年之久的汽车“三包”政策难产缺位难题，有望进入实质的解决阶段。
Lately this month,the General Administration of Quality Supervision,Inspection and Quarantine of China,will formally summon a meeting for hearing of witnesses on one day,and make laws for the 《Responsibility provisions about repairing,replacing and refunding of goods for home applied auto products(the Opinion quest draft)》,(briefed in following the《Opinion draft》) promulgated on Sept.21.The difficult problems of absent and coming on hardly experienced for 7 years,the Policy of Auto Warranty 3-packs,will be expected to have a virtual solution.
