13日，权威人士表示，《节能与新能源汽车产业发展规划（2011—2020）》今年推出的难度较大，预计将在明年推出。新政策将改变以往主要支持纯电动车的做法，将加大对节能汽车的研发支持和补贴力度，届时，混合动力车将受到更多支持。

By understanding,the 《Development Layout(Year 2011-2020) for Industry of Energy-saving & New-energy Auto》,will be rather difficult to come on in this year,and is speculated for the next year.The new policy will change the usual method applied before,which was mainly supporting for pure electric auto,and will enlarge the R & D support and strength of subsidy for energy-saving auto,by that time the Hybrid power auto will receive more support.
