摘要
使用有限元分析方法对离合器分离拨叉进行强度分析。在实物的基础上建立有限元模型,发现实际断裂位置与计算应力最大位置相符。在不影响装配的基础上,改变离合器分离拨叉结构,使其强度增加,缩短了产品开发时间。
The strength of release fork in clutch by using finite element analysis was analyzed. Based on practical parts, the finite element models were built, and found that the location of fracture were same with the position of maximum stress location by calculation. On the basis without affecting assembly, changed structure of clutch, the strength was increased and the time of product development shortened.
