前列地尔脂微球载体靶向制剂对中心静脉压的影响

Effect of Alprostadil Lipo-targeting Agents on the Central Venous Pressure

目的观察使用前列地尔脂微球载体靶向制剂(PGEI)对患者中心静脉压(CVP)监测的影响。方法采用自身对照的方法对30例脑梗死患者先后使用生理盐水和前列地尔用药前后分别进行中心静脉压的监测并观察其变化。结果 30例患者使用生理盐水后中心静脉压无明显变化,而使用前列地尔后出现中心静脉压下降。结论前列地尔能降低中心静脉压,监测CVP时需要避开此药药效高峰期。

Objective To observe the impact to central venous pressure of patients （CVP） who be used with alprostadil Lipo-targeting agents （ PGEI ）. Methods By using the method of self-control , the changes of the central venous pressure monitoring of 30 patients with cerebral infarction be observed before and after using saline and alprostadil Lipo-targeting agents respectively. Results Central venous pressure of 30 cases did not change significantly by using saline, but dorp occurs by Using alprosiadil Lipo-targeting agents. Conclusion Alprostadil Lipo-targeting agents can reduce the central venous pressure, monitoring of CVP need to avoid the peak period of the drug efficacy.
