癃闭康泰片治疗良性前列腺增生的临床疗效观察

The Clinical Research of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia Treated by Tablet Longbikangtai

目的观察癃闭康泰片对良性前列腺增生症(肾虚血瘀湿阻证)的临床疗效。方法采用随机、对照、双盲的临床试验设计方法,对80例BPH患者分别予癃闭康泰片(60例)和前列舒乐片(20例)治疗6周,收集其中数据完全符合设计方案的69例患者进行分析,其中癃闭康泰组52例,前列舒乐组17例。结果癃闭康泰组在改善中医肾虚血瘀湿阻证疗效评分、提高最大尿流率和生活质量评分、缩小前列腺体积和减少残余尿等方面与前列舒乐组相当,对于改善国际前列腺症状评分更有效(P<0.05),且治疗前后未见明显不良反应。结论癃闭康泰片可以显著改善良性前列腺增生患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of benign prostatic hyperplasia （ BPH ） treated by Tablet Longbikangtai. Methods It was a double blind, randomized and controlled clinical study. 80 patients with BPH were divided randomly into two groups,60 patients oftreatment group were taken Chinese material medica named Tablet Longbikangtai, and those of control group patients were treated by another Chinese material medica named Tablet Qianlieshule. Results The improvement of clinical symptom, quality of life, and maximum flow rate of urine, the reduction of prostate volume and residual urine volume were obvious after treatment in two.groups. And the improvement of international prostate symptom score was more abvious in Longbikangtai group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Tablet longbikangtai can effiently treat BPH and improve the quality of patients ＇ life.
