ICU机械通气患者运用丙泊酚镇静的疗效观察

Observation of the Sedation Effect of Propofol on ICU Patients with Mechanical Ventilation

目的观察丙泊酚在ICU机械通气患者中的镇静疗效。方法选取ICU中需行机械通气治疗患者共49例,采用丙泊酚持续镇静并观察镇静效果,同时监测达到镇静RamsayⅢ～Ⅴ效果前后及停药时相关呼吸、循环参数变化。结果丙泊酚镇静起效迅速,镇静后呼吸频率、心率、血氧饱和度、氧合指数、氧分压、平均动脉压及平均气道压均较镇静前有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丙泊酚是可运用于机械通气患者较理想的镇静药物,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective To investigate the sedation effect of Propofol on ICU patients with mechanical ventilation. Methods All 49 patients were selected and sedated to keep target depth of sedation （ Ramsay III - V ）with infusion. Then related respiratory and circulatory parameters were recorded. Results The effect of propofol sedative therapy onset rapidly, there were significant differences in respiration rate, heart rate, non-traumatic mean arterial blood pressure, pulse oxygen saturation and total sedation time change （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Propofol is an ideal sedative drugs that can be used in patients with mechanical ventilation, and is worthy of further promotion.
