小切口手术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的临床研究

Clinical Observation on Indirect Inguinal Hernia in Children by Minimally Invasive Surgery

目的探讨小切口疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的临床疗效与安全性。方法将108例患儿随机分为观察组与对照组,各54例。观察组采用小切口疝囊高位结扎术,对照组采用传统手术切口,观察两组患儿的治愈率、手术效率与效果、并发症、复发率。结果两组患儿均全部治愈,在手术效率与效果、并发症与复发率方面,观察组均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小切口腹股沟斜疝疝囊高位结扎术是一种创伤小、操作简单、安全性高、恢复快、并发症少的治疗方法。

Objective To explore clinical efficacy and safety of treating children＇ s indirect inguinal hernia by minimally invasive surgery of hernia sac＇ s high ligation. Methods All 108 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 54 cases. Patients in observation group were given minimally invasive surgery of hernia sac＇ s high ligation, yet patients in control group were given routine surgery, with observing the following items, including cure rate, operation efficiency and effect, complication and recurrence rate. Results All patients were cured, and patients in observation group were superior to the one in control group on operation efficiency and effect, complication and recurrence rate, and there were statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion It has characteristics of fewer invasions, simpler surgery, higher safety, quicker recovery and fewer complications of treating children＇ s indirect inguinal hernia by minimally invasive surgery of hernia sac＇ s high ligation.
