摘要
目的探讨无痛性心肌梗死的临床特征及预后。方法回顾性分析148例急性心肌梗死的临床资料,对比62例无痛性心肌梗死和86例有痛性心肌梗死的临床特点。结果无痛性急性心肌梗死多见于老年人,多合并糖尿病、高脂血症或心衰,其并发症多、死亡率高,与有痛性急性心肌梗死相比,差异具有统计学意义。结论无痛性心肌梗死组患者预后较差,病死率高;早期、准确的诊断与治疗对改善预后、降低病死率有重要的意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and prognosis of painless with myocardial infarction. Methods We analyzed 148 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction retrospectively and compared clinical characteristics between the painless group and the pain group. Results Patients in the painless group were more common in older age. Most of them had concomitant diabe, hypertension, hyperlipidemia or cardiac failure, they had much more complications and higher mortality, than patients with painless myocardial infarction, there was statistical significance. Conclusion The painless group has poorer prognosis compared with the pain group. Early, accurate diagnosis and treatment have important significance of improving the prognosis and reducing the mortality rate.
