丛枝菌根真菌多样性的研究方法进展 被引量:1

摘要 介绍几种AMF多样性研究的常用方法及近年来应用较广的分子生物学技术,综述这些方法在AMF研究中的应用现状,指出在AMF生物多样性的研究中应将形态学方法和分子生物学技术有效结合,更好地揭示自然生态系统中AMF的多样性及生态功能。 The paper describes several methods for the diversity research of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and the widely-used molecular biology techniques during the recent years,reviews the application status of those methods to AMF research,points out that the effective combination of morphological and molecular biology methods could better reveal the diversity and ecological functions of AMF in natural ecosystems.
