摘要 介绍早期胚胎发育中Wnt/β-catenin信号途径对早期内胚层以及肝脏、胰腺、肠等内胚层器官发育的影响和相关的分子机制。 Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in early endoderm was introduced,which had the impacts on the development of the liver,pancreas,intestine and other endodermal organs in early embryonic development,and their relevant molecular mechanisms was studied.
