摘要 [目的]解决地表水反硝化脱氮过程中的低C/N比问题,向反应体系中添加以聚乙烯醇为骨架的固态缓释淀粉碳源作为电子供体。[方法]从江南大学校内湖水富集接种微生物,选取来源较为广泛的小麦、玉米、马铃薯、木薯淀粉构建碳源材料,结合静态筛选试验对淀粉的有机物释放以及反硝化系统中NO3--N的降解特性进行综合分析。[结果]在未接种条件下,4种有机质的释放量为γ木薯>γ小麦>γ玉米≈γ马铃薯;在接种条件下,马铃薯和小麦淀粉合成材料表现出了良好的有机质释放和硝酸盐降解能力,第7天的脱氮率即可达到96.59%和92.53%,且在重新加入硝酸盐后,脱氮率仍在95%以上。[结论]综合考虑各因素后,选取马铃薯作为最佳地表水反硝化的淀粉碳源。 [Objective] Slow-release organic carbon-sources(SOCs) were prepared with polyvinyl alcohol as skeleton and wheat,corn,potato and cassava starch as carbon sources and electron donor,to increase C/N ratio in surface water during denitrification.[Method] Organic matters release and NO3--N degradation characteristics were investigated with microorganism enriched forms lake water in Jiangnan University in this paper.[Result] The results showed that organic matter release quantity form SOCs was γcassava〉γwheat〉γcorn≈γpotato in sterile conditions.SOCs with potato and wheat starch showed good organic matter releasing and NO3--N degradation ability in denitrifying system with denitrogenation rate of 96.59% and 92.53% within 7 d.And the continuous operation system could maintain a high denitrogenation rate of 95% under optimization condition.[Conclusion] Potato starch was selected as the optimized carbon-source for surface water denitrification.
