区域特色农业旅游发展动力机制研究

从系统论的角度,在剖析特色农业旅游要素组成和结构功能的基础上,分析了区域特色农业旅游发展系统的动力机制,指出区域特色农业旅游发展系统是一个由农业系统和旅游系统组成的复杂综合体,特色农业旅游发展的本质就是两者之间相互耦合协调作用的过程。区域特色农业旅游综合发展能力取决于特色农业系统吸引力和旅游系统推动力两个方面,三者均是矢量的概念,符合物理学意义中力的平行四边形法则,两个分力之间相互组合,形成4种不同的发展状态。强调科学诊断区域特色农业旅游发展系统的状态,是进行政策调节,促进特色农业旅游可持续发展的重要依据。

The dynamic mechanism of characteristic agricultural tourism was expounded from the point of system which included factor and function of the characteristic agricultural tourism.The system was a complex which was made up by agriculture system and tourism system.The essence of the characteristic agricultural tourism’s development was the process of coupling between agriculture system and tourism.The characteristic agricultural tourism’s comprehensive development ability lay on two aspects including the gravity of the characteristic agriculture and the push of the tourism.The interaction mechanism obeyed parallelogram principle in physics.The evolvement characteristics of characteristic agricultural tourism development system were different in the different combinations.Scientific diagnosis of the development of the characteristic agricultural tourism was the base to carry out the policy and promote sustainable development of characteristic agricultural tourism.
