彭氏电刀在鼻内镜下腺样体手术中止血的应用

Applications of PMOD in the Hemostasis of Nasal Endoscopic Adenoidectomy

目的探讨彭氏电刀在鼻内镜下经口鼻双径路腺样体手术中止血的临床应用价值。方法对行鼻内镜下经口鼻双径路腺样体手术的138例患者中78例出血者,采用彭氏电刀止血法。结果 78例患者术后均未行鼻咽部填塞,无再次出血,无其它并发症。结论彭氏电刀在鼻内镜下经口鼻双径路腺样体手术中的应用,止血快捷彻底、定位明确、术野清晰、操作简单,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical practice value of Peng＇s multifunction operative dissector （PMOD） in the hemostasis of oral and nose nasal endouscopic adenoidectomy. Methods To the 78 hemorrhagic patients of 138 cases who were conducted oral and nose nasal endouscopic adenoidectomy, we used Peng＇s multifunction operative dissector （PMOD） for hemostasis. Results The 78 cases of postoperative patients were not filled in nasal pharynx, without further haemorrhage or other complications. Conclusion The application of Peng＇s multifunction operative dissector in the oral and nose nasal endoscopic adenoidectomy has the advantages of faster and thorough hemostasis, explicit location, clear field of operation and simplicity of operation, which is worthy of clinical application and dissemination.
