锁定钢板在四肢骨折中的应用

Application of Locked Compressin plates in the Fractures of Extremities

目的总结锁定钢板在四肢骨折中的疗效。方法选取2009年1月～2009年12月来我院骨外科手术患者60例,分成观察组(手术中植入锁定钢板)38例和对照组(手术中植入普通钢板)22例,比较两组使用不同类型钢板骨折愈合率。结果观察组38例愈合36例,延迟愈合2例,愈合率为100%;对照组22例愈合8例,延迟愈合8例,不愈合6例,愈合率为72.8%。两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论选择性使用锁定钢板是治疗四肢骨折的一种理想方法,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To summerize the effect of locked compressin plates in the application of extremities fractures. Methods 60 patients were divided into the observation group （38 cases implanted with locked compressin plates） and the control group （22 cases mplanted with ordinary plates） to compare the fracture healing rates with different types of plates. Results In the observation group of 38 cases, 36 cases healed, 2 cases delayed healing, the healing rate was 100%; In the control group of 22 cases, 8 cases healed, 8 cases delayed, 6 cases had no healing, the healing rate was 72.8%. Two groups of comparisons had significant difference （P 0.05）. Conclusion Selective use of locked compressin plates is an ideal method in the treatment of extremities fractures, which has clinical application value.
