肩胛骨骨折的中西医结合治疗

Scapula Fracture Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Western Medicine

目的探讨中西医结合治疗在治疗肩胛骨骨折中的作用。方法回顾分析长沙市中医院骨科2006年2月～2010年8月因肩胛骨骨折应用中西医结合治疗的75例病人的临床特点和疗效。结果 36例移位严重的肩胛体部、肩胛骨突部骨折和不稳定的关节内骨折采用手术治疗,疗效优良率为91.6%;39例无移位或轻度移位的稳定型关节外骨折,采用非手术治疗,疗效优良率为74.4%。结论中西医结合治疗是临床上治疗肩胛骨骨折的有效方法。

Objective To observe the effect of scapular fractures in combined treatment of TCM and WM. Methods Retrospectively analyzing the the clinical features and efficacy of 75 patients with scalpular fractures by combined treatment of TCM and WM in Orthopaedic Department of Changsha TCM Hospital from February 2006 to August 2010. Results 36 cases of severe scalpular body, sudden scapula fractures and unstable intra-articular fractures were treated by surgery, the excellent rate was 91.6%; 39 patients without displacement or shift of stable mild-articular fractures received non-surgical treatment, the excellent rate was 74.4%. Conclusion The combined treatment of TCM and WM is a clinically effective method to the scapular fractures.
