助产士在职教育现状与需求的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Current Situation and Reruirments of Midwives in-Service Education

目的了解助产士在职教育现状与需求,为助产士在职教育的开展提供有效依据。方法采用自制问卷于2010年11月对杭州市263名在职助产士的在职教育现状与需求进行调查。结果 86.7%助产士认为在职教育有必要;65.8%助产士在职接受进修和短期培训;50.2%助产士认为应重视实践技能培训。结论在职教育是以提高助产士的业务知识、服务态度和专业技能为目标,必须体现在职教育的有效性;培训内容和方式应从培训者的需求出发,对临床助产有一定的指导意义和实用价值,能真正体现职后教育的实效性。

Objective To understand the midwives in-service education current situation and demand, to provide effective basis for midwives in-service education. Methods By using self-made questionnaire in November 2010 in Hangzhou, 263 midwives were investigated for in-service education current situation and demand. Results 86.7% midwives believed in-service education was necessary; 65.8% midwives were receiving education and short-term training; 50.2% midwives was considered to attach importance to practice skills training. Conclusion Continuing education is to improve the midwives business knowledge, service attitude and professional skills as the goal, which must reflect the effectiveness of in-service education; The contents and ways of training should begin from the training needs, have certain guiding significance and practical value for clinical midwifery, and truly reflect the the effectiveness of vocational education.
