酷似成人Still's病的肺癌1例及文献复习

A Case Report on Lung Cancer like Adult Still's Disease and Review

本文报告酷似成人Still's病的肺癌一例。本例患者为中年男性,以关节痛、发热、咽痛伴白细胞及血清铁蛋白明显升高为主要表现,酷似成人Still's病,但经肺CT及肺组织活检病理检查诊断为肺腺癌,通过文献复习提示关节痛、白细胞及血清铁蛋白升高不仅见于成人Still's病,也可见于实体恶性肿瘤,肿瘤标志物及肺CT检查有助于早期鉴别诊断。

Objective This paper reports a case of lung cancer which was like adult Still ＇s disease. This case was a man in his middle-aged, whose main manifestations were joint pain, fever, pharyngodynia, with white blood cells（WBC） and serum ferritin（SF） obviously stepping up. This case appeared like adult Still ＇s disease, but it was diagnosed lung adenocarcinoma by lung CT and lung biopsy. After reviewing several papers, it suggests that the manifestations of joint pain and increasing of WBC and SF not only appear in adult Still ＇s disease, but also in entity malignant tumor, and tumor markers and lung CT can do help for differential diagnosis.
