摘要
阿司匹林(Aspirin)又名乙酰水杨酸,应用于临床已有近百年的历史,属于非甾体抗炎药类(NSAIDs)。早先主要用于解热、镇痛和抗炎抗风湿,后发现它有抗血小板聚集和释放的作用,可防止血栓形成,目前广泛应用于心脑血管栓塞性疾病的预防和治疗。本文就阿司匹林的药理作用、临床用途及注意事项等的最新进展进行阐述。
Aspirin, also known as acetyl salicylic acid, used clinically for nearly a hundred years, is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug （NSAIDs）. Previously used antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory anti-rheumatic, it was found anti-platelet aggregation and release function to prevent thrombosis. It is widely used in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular thromboembolic disease prevention and treatment. This paper described the latest developments of the pharmacological effects of aspirin, clinical use and precautions.
