极低出生体重儿的早期静脉营养治疗 被引量:3

摘要 目的回顾分析极低出生体重儿(LBVWIs)早期静脉营养治疗的临床效果及安全性。方法将笔者所在医院新生儿NICU自2008年1月~2011年1月收治的喂养不耐受的早产LBVWIs62例随机分为两组,治疗组31例,生后采用早期静脉营养治疗,对照组31例采用传统静脉营养治疗。分析两组患儿平均每日体重增长率、静脉营养时间、平均住院天数及相关血生化指标。结果 (1)平均每日体重增长:治疗组为(26.6±5.4)g,对照组为(19.0±3.6)g。(2)静脉营养时间:治疗组为(9.8±2.8)d,对照组为(13.8±3.6)d。(3)平均住院天数:治疗组(15.2±4.8)d,对照组(23.4±5.2)d。两组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿ALT、TBIL、DBIL、TG、Ch、BUN、Glu等均在正常范围。结论 LBVWIs给予早期静脉营养治疗后体重增长快,缩短了平均住院时间,无明显副作用发生,是安全可行的静脉营养方法。 Objective Retrospective analysis of very low birth weight children (LBVWIs) early parenteral nutrition clinical efficacy and safety.Methods From January 2008 to January 2011,our hospital neonatal NICU admitted to feeding intolerance in preterm LBVWIs 62 were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group 31 cases,the use of early intravenous nutrition after birth, treatment,control group 31 patients with conventional parenteral nutrition.Analysis of two groups of children with an average growth rate of body weight daily intravenous nutrition time average days of hospitalization and related blood biochemical indicators.Results (1)the average daily weight gain: Treatment group (26.6±5.4)g,control group (19.0±3.6)g.(2)Treatment group the average daily weight gain in children(26.6±5.4)g,control group (19.0±3.6)g.The average length of hospital stay: the treatment group (15.2±4.8)d, the control group (23.4±5.2)d. Two groups of serum alanine aminotransferase, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, triglycerides, total cholesterol, glucose, urea nitrogen values were within normal range check.Conclusion LBVWIs to give early parenteral nutrition after weight gain faster, shortening the average length of stay, no significant side effects, is safe and feasible method of intravenous nutrition.
