Application of PLC to Drying System in Pelletizing Production

在球团生产工艺中有一些设备的控制过程相同,开发程序时为了缩短研发周期、降低成本,根据功能块的工作特点,控制过程相同的设备可以统一调用相同的功能块.设计了一款可编程控制器,把经常使用的子程序放在功能块中,并介绍了其在酸性球团生产工艺环节———烘干系统中的应用.

The control processes of some equipments are same in pelletizing production technology.Thus,in order to shorten development cycles and reduce costs while programming,according to the work characteristics of functional blocks,the equipments with same control process can call the same functional block.Thus a kind of PLC was designed to put the subprograms into functional blocks,and its application to the drying system in acidic pelletizing production was described in this paper.
