摘要 大型氨法烟气脱硫(FGD)作为一项新的环保技术,其装置几乎涉及了所有的化工操作单元,对工艺及控制也提出了很高的要求。本文以国内首套某电厂2×300MW机组氨法烟气脱硫装置为例,设计了一套氨法烟气脱硫系统运行参数检测及控制系统,使得装置操作更加安全平稳,有效的降低了氨耗并且改善了副产品质量,在满足环保要求的同时使氨法脱硫装置能经济有效地运行。 Large scale ammonia-based FGD is a new environmental protection technology almost including all chemical engineering operation units. This type equipment is very strict on process and control system. In this paper, taking the first control project with 2×300MW units ammonia-based FGD in a domestic thermal power plant as an example, an operation parameters detection and control system is designed according to the FGD technical requirements. This control system can make the equipment run stably and reducing ammonia consumption greatly with improving by-product quality, and this ammonia-based FGD equipment can run economically and effectively base on the meeting the requirements of environmental protection.
