以地理信息系统为基础平台构建配电网信息系统,能有效的提高工作效率,增强对电网设备的运行管理和监管能力,保证电网的安全运行,提高供电可靠性,为现代配电网的规划、管理提供辅助决策。地理信息系统满足了现代电网管理对大区域、实时性、交互性、现实性管理的要求。
Building distribution electric network information system based on geographic information system（GIS）can imporve working efficiency effectively, enhance the operation management and supervision ability, ensure the safe operation of the grid, improve the power supply reliability.For modern distribution network planning management, it provides aided decision.Geographic information system meets the modern power grid management on large area, real-time, alternation, reality management requirements.
