摘要
本文主要介绍西门子S7-400 PLC及现场总线(PROFIBUS DP)的在钢管热轧线上的应用情况及系统设计,通过WINCC组态画面、PLC、直流传动之间的通讯及联网控制,提高了设备的自动化程度,减少了设备故障率。
This paper mainly introduces the application and system design of Siemens S7-400 PLC and PROFIBUS-DP in hot rolling steel pipe line. Through configuration screen of WlNCC, PLC, communication of DC transmission and control of network, the system improvers the automation degree of equipment and reduces the failure degree of equipment.
