申遗后杭州旅游业外语类人才素质要求与对策

An Study of the Quality Requirements for Foreign Language Talents in Hangzhou Tourism after West Lake Landscape Becoming World Cultural Heritage

文章总结了杭州旅游业外语类人才素质要求的现状以及西湖申遗成功对人才素质要求的影响,发现业界更看重外语类人才的非智力因素。申遗成功后杭州旅游业对外语类人才的数量需求变化不大,但质量要求有所提高,小语种复合型人才广受欢迎。对此,文章提出了相应的对策建议。

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the current situation of quality requirements for foreign language talents as well as the influence on quality requirements for foreign language talents in Hangzhou tourism after West Lake becoming World Cultural Heritage. The main method applied is questionnaire. It reveals that more attention is paid to the quality requirements for non-intellectual factors than intellectual factors. After West Lake landscape inscribed in the list of World Cultural Heritage, the quantity demand for foreign language talents has a little change but the quality requirements have a great improvement. Minor languages with compound talents will be popular. The training for foreign language talents in Hangzhou tourist institutions should be improved in an all round way.
