Strategies for Coping with the Disputes of Intellectual Property Rights in International Trade

随着我国国际贸易的发展,知识产权在经济社会中的重要性日益凸显。近年来,国际贸易保护主义重新抬头,知识产权等贸易壁垒层出不穷,涉外知识产权纠纷数量不断增加,涉外知识产权问题已成为直接影响产业发展的重大问题。在国际竞争中,企业要加强知识产权的创造运用水平,提高知识产权保护意识;政府有关部门和行业协会要充分发挥协调作用,共同积极应对,从而提高我国企业在国际上的竞争力。

With the developement of international trade, the importance of the intellectual property rights in the economic society is becoming increasingly prominent. The re-increasing of international trade protectionism and the disputes arising from intellectual property rights involving foreign nations have become the major problem Concerning industrial development. Being more aware of the importance of intellectual property protection, companies in the internaitonal competition should strenghten their creation and application standing of intellectual property rights. Meanwhile, it is suggested that relative govenment institutions and industry associations should answer readily and play an active role in coordination so as to enhance the international competive ability of Chinese companies.
