河南省出口贸易环境效应研究

Study on the Environment Effect of Henan's Export Trade

笔者采用2000—2008年河南省37个行业出口和碳排放数据,就贸易自由化对河南省出口行业碳排放的结构效应、技术效应和规模效应进行了研究。结果表明:首先,目前河南省出口对环境的结构效应为负,需继续优化出口产业结构;其次,贸易促进了河南省环保技术的进步,导致碳排放密度减少,由此产生的技术效应减少了污染排放,改善了环境;最后,出口规模扩大产生的规模效应为负,规模效应和结构效应的积累负效应远远超过了正的技术效应,所以贸易对环境的总效应为负。

This paper used the data of 37 industrial export trade and carbon emission during 2000-2008 to study the effect of Henan＇s export trade on the environment,including structural effect,technique effect,and scale effect.The paper concludes as follows： firstly,at present,the structural effect of Henan＇s export trade is negative,the industrial structure of Henan＇s export should be optimized;Secondly,trade enabled Henan to obtain the best pollution abatement technology,which dropped the density of carbon emissions,technique effect reduces the emission of pollution and improve the environment;finally,the scale effect is negative because of the expanding of export scale,the negative accumulation of structural effect and scale effect is far more than the positive effect of technology,so the total effect of export trade on the environment is negative.
