高校青年教师住房问题的探讨

通过对郑州高校青年教师收入现状、居住条件及郑州市商品房价格的调查,高校青年教师应属城市中低收入阶层,国家应将高校青年教师住房纳入城市保障房建设规划。同时提出了解决高校青年教师住房问题的具体对策,供政府有关部门制订政策时参考。

Via the research of the incoming range and living conditions of college young teachers in Zhengzhou and prices of commercial residential buildings,the writer believes that young teachers are a part of medium-low revenue circles,and the government should incorporate the college young teachers＇ living houses into the city indemnificatory housing-construction planning.Meanwhile,the writer comes up with solutions to college young teachers＇ housing problem for government relevant department to refer with when they make policies.
