摘要
在历史过程中,壮族形成了自己的糯米生产和消费的文化习俗,进而造就了独具风格的壮族糯食文化。通过对云南省河口县马多依下寨的田野调查成果和学界对于边疆民族糯食文化的研究成果,就云南省壮族的糯食品种、制作工艺、糯食消费和进食习俗做一初步的论述。
The Zhuang ethnic group has developed its own glutinous food production and consumption cultural conventions,which,in turn,give birth to the Zhuang ethnic glutinous food culture.In light of field research on Maduoyixiazhai,Hekou,Yunnan,and the academic studies on nationalities in border areas,the article discusses the Zhuang ethnic glutinous food in Yunnan,in terms of varieties,production process and consumption customs.
