兵团工业布局同构性分析

The Analysis of Industrial Isomorphism of XPCC Industrial Distribution

工业同构问题关系到工业内部结构的合理化与高度化。该文主要分析2005年兵团党委召开工业工作会议以来,兵团14个师的工业同构问题,结果表明当前兵团各师之间的工业同构度较低,且呈现出工业结构既不趋同也不趋异的独特现象。这主要是因为当前兵团经济发展过程中行政色彩浓厚,条块分割较为严重,各师工业发展水平落后,且各师工业内部结构调整呈现出行业调整变换少,主要是行业产值波动的特点。最后,该文结合兵团实际提出了对策建议。

The issue of industry isomorphism is related to the rationalization and heightening of industry internal structure. This article mainly analyses the issue of industry isomorphism among the 14 divisions of XPCC after XPCC held the industry work conference in 2005. The results show that the current extent of industry isomorphism is low and the development trend of industrial structure is neither convergent nor divergent among XPCC divisions. The main reasons are the strong sense of administration and serious stripe-and-block partition in XPCC,backward development level of the industry of each division. The characteristics are that the industry sectors of each division show little change and adjustment but the output of industry sectors fluctuates. Finally, some countermeasures are suggested based on the reality of XPCC.
