参照GB 25591-2010,测定复合膨松剂中二氧化碳气体发生量。通过对二氧化碳气体发生量的测定进行不确定度的评估,表达出了合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,为二氧化碳气体发生量的测定提供了有效、可靠的测量数据。

Based on GB 25591-2010,the volumn of carbon dioxide generated by composite leavening agent can be determined. The combined standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty are expressed by means of uncertainty measurement of the generated carbon dioxide,which provide the effective and credible quality data for the quality control.
