摘要
基于动力显示有限元软件eta/Dynaform,对尾门内板的拉深过程进行数值模拟,分析了拉深中破裂和起皱缺陷产生的原因,也分析了仅通过改变拉深筋参数无法消除缺陷的原因。考虑到冲压工艺参数的设置以及模面优化扮演着十分重要的角色,通过参数的调节和模面的优化来消除缺陷,并通过模拟实验验证成形缺陷基本得到消除,较好地解决了尾门内板成形中的质量问题。
The drawing process of internal panel of tail gate was simulated based on dynamic FEM eta/Dynaform.The causes of drawing defects,such as cracks and wrinkles were analyzed.And the reason why drawing defects can not be fully eliminated by only setting drawbead parameters was analyzed.Considering the importance of setting stamping parameters and the optimization for die face in the product quality,the drawing defects were eliminated through adjusting stamping parameters in conjunction with optimization of die face,which was verified via the simulation experiment.The drawing quality of internal panel of tail gate is significantly improved.
