摘要
应用有限元软件PAM-STAMP 2G研究了圆筒形件拉深成形过程中不同摩擦系数条件下硬化指数n值对板料拉深性能的影响。结果表明,随着摩擦系数的增大,板料的极限拉深比减小。在小摩擦系数的情况下,硬化指数对板料的拉深性能影响不大。随着摩擦系数的增加,硬化指数对板料的拉深性能影响越来越大。当摩擦系数较大时,可以通过增加板料的硬化指数n值来增大板料的极限拉深比。
The influence of hardening index n values on the deep drawing performance of cylinder for different friction coefficients was investigated by the finite element analysis using PAM-STAMP 2G software.The results show that the limit drawing ratio of the steel sheet is decreased with the increasing of the friction coefficient.There is little influence of hardening index n value on the deep drawing performance at smaller friction coefficient.The influence of hardening index n value on the deep drawing performance grows with the increasing of the friction coefficient.The limit drawing ratio could be increased by the increase of hardening index n value when the friction coefficient is larger.
