摘要
针对压力机可控化和柔性化的需求,提出开关磁阻电动机直驱伺服压力机的混合闭环控制系统,建立了伺服压力机的机电数学模型和开关磁阻电动机柔性控制模型,并搭建了基于Simulink的开关磁阻电动机直驱伺服压力机仿真系统。最后,以拉深工艺为例研究该系统的带负载动态响应特性。仿真结果验证了该系统设计的合理性,为实际伺服压力机控制系统设计和调试奠定了理论基础。
Due to the requirement of flexibility and controllability of servo press,a hybrid closed-loop control system of servo press directly driven by SRM was proposed,a mechatronics mathematic model of servo press and flexible control model of SRM were established,and then a Simulink-based model of SRM-drive servo press was made.Finally,a deep drawing example was given for further analyzing dynamic response characteristic of this control system.The simulation results verify that the design of this servo control system is proper,and provide a theoretic support for an actual design and adjustment of servo press.
