超大型数控船用卷板机上梁的结构分析与优化 被引量:5

Structural analysis and optimization of upper beam for large sized roll-bending machine

摘要 在保证上梁结构力学特性的前提下,对上梁结构进行了简化,建立了大型卷板机上梁的有限元模型。通过对有限元模型进行结构分析,得到上梁的应力和位移结果,并在分析结果的基础上,选取恰当的设计变量,以其重量为目标进行了结构优化,使上梁结构更趋合理。此外,对有限元模型进行自由模态分析,得到了上梁的各阶模态频率和振型,为动态设计提供参考依据。 Under the condition of guaranteeing mechanic characteristics of upper beam,the structure of upper beam was simplified,and a finite element analysis model was built for upper beam.Through structural analysing of upper beam in roll bending machine,the stress and displacement results were obtained.Based on analysis of the results,the proper design parameters were selected,the structural optimization was taken in order to reduce the weight of mill housing,and a good effect was obtained.In addition,the list of the upper beam of natural frequencies and vibration modes were calculated using the free modal analysis of finite element analysis,the result provides the reference standard for dynamic design.
