摘要
粉末冶金技术是公认的绿色技术,具有节能、节材、成本低、生产效率高等特点,在汽车行业得到广泛应用。粉末冶金主轴承盖是汽车发动机中的重要结构零件,论述了其结构和性能特点、材料选择、生产工艺及模具设计等,通过试验最终开发出可承受复杂载荷的异形主轴承盖。该产品的成功开发,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益,也为今后开发类似产品提供了较好的参考。
Metallurgical powder technology is widely used in the automobile industry and recognized as the green technology with the features of saving energy and material,low cost,high efficient production.Metallurgical powder made main bearing automobile engine cover is the important structure part.The structure and performance characteristics,material selection,production technology and die design,etc.were discussed.Through the experiments,finally the special-shaped main bearing covered with complex load was developed,which has the remarkable economic benefit and social benefit and also provides a good reference for developing the similar products in the future.
