准双曲面齿轮主动轮精锻的数值模拟 被引量:3

Numerical simulation of hypoid driving gear precision forging

摘要 采用闭塞锻造成形材料为20CrMnTi的准双面齿轮主动轮,分析了成形的工艺特点并利用UG创建了三维模型。通过有限元软件Deform-3D对精锻成形过程进行模拟,对模拟得到的等效应力、等效应变、变形速度以及行程-载荷曲线等信息进行分析,为模具设计优化和设备选择提供了依据,通过J53-300双盘摩擦压力机进行精锻实验,对数值模拟结果进行了验证。研究结果对准双面齿轮主动轮精锻技术研究具有重要的指导意义。 The closed-die forging was adopted to manufacture hypoid driving gear whose material is 20CrMnTi,the forming technology characteristics were analyzed and the three dimensional figure was created by UG.The precision forging process was simulated by the FEM software Deform-3D,distribution of equivalent stress、equivalent strain、velocity filed and load-stock curve were obtained,which provided for die design and optimization as well as equipment selection.The numerical simulation analysis was verified by precision forging experiment which was processed by J53-1000 ℃ press.The study provides a significant guidance to the precision forging of hypoid driving gear.
