摘要 对36MN镁挤压机3层扁挤压筒进行了设计,利用有限元软件MSC.Marc建立了扁挤压筒三维有限元模型,将内衬、中衬与外套设为可变形接触体,并取各层衬套配合直径2‰为过盈量,同时考虑温度影响,获得了装配和工作状态下扁挤压筒应力场。结果表明:装配和工作状态下,最大等效应力分别为906.7和531.6MPa,满足强度要求;工作状态下,各层衬套应力水平接近,结构尺寸合理。研究方法可应用于大型扁挤压筒设计。 The three-layer flat extrusion container of 36 MN magnesium extrusion press was designed,and its three dimensional finite element model was established by using finite element software MSC.Marc.The inner lining,middle lining and outer jacket were defined as deformable contact body with interference of each layer matching diameter of 2‰,and considering the temperature effect,the flat extrusion container stress field in fitting and working was obtained.The results show that the max equivalent stress in fitting and working is 906.7 and 531.6 MPa respectively,which meets the strength requirement.In the working,each layer stress is closed,and the structure size is reasonable.The research method can be applied to large flat extrusion container design.
