摘要
根据已有实验数据,借助灰关联熵分析的手段,定量分析了水胶比、胶凝材料用量、粉煤灰掺量、砂率、粗集料最大粒径和减水剂用量等道路混凝土配合比设计参数对道路混凝土抗交变应力与硫酸盐溶液腐蚀耦合作用的综合影响的显著性程度。经分析计算得出:对水泥混凝土耐腐蚀疲劳影响最大的是水胶比和减水剂用量,其次为砂率,胶凝材料用量,粗集料最大粒径和粉煤灰掺量。在道路高性能混凝土配合比设计中,满足工作性条件下,采用高效减水剂降低水胶比有利于提高道路混凝土抵抗交变荷载作用下硫酸盐侵蚀的能力。
According to the experimental data, with the grey correlation entropy method, the levels of effect of mix design parameters on the property of anti-corrosion fatigue are quantitatively analyzed. These mix design parameters are water-cement ratio, amount of cementitious material, the content of fly ash, sand ratio, the maximum size of coarse aggregate, dosage of water reducer. According to the analysis result, it can be concluded that water cement ratio and dosage of water reducer have the largest impact on anti-corrosion fatigue property of concrete. The others, which are arrange from big to small, are sand ratio, cementitious material, maximum size of coarse aggregate and the content of fly ash. In the concrete mix design, lowered water-cement ratio by the use of water reducer will improve the property of anti-corrosion fatigue.
