摘要
污水处理现已成为人们广泛关注的热点之一,但由于其环境条件的特殊性,对其进行现场操作的难度极大,因此可靠性高、实时性强并且成本低廉的远程监控系统应运而生;针对甘肃省某城镇污水处理厂的实际需求,采用了PCC技术和组态王软件相结合的方式城市污水处理厂远程监控系统进行设计,使得污水处理系统能够远程监控现场设备运行状态和参数,并且该系统具有自动故障应急处理能力和网络通信能力;同时,对于系统的设计过程和设计方法进行了详细的分析,并通过对实际运行情况的分析证实该系统具有运行稳定、可靠、维护方便等优点,采用P4,2.8G处理器,拥有160G的存储空间,使用Windows2000Sever操作系统,并带有CP5611卡接口,能够实现与ProfiBus总线通讯的功能,解决了以往污水处理分散、复杂以及难于控制的缺点,提高了系统运行的稳定性,使得出水达到了国家二级饮用水的标准。

Also, for the system design process and design method to carry on the detailed analysis, and through the analysis of the actual operation confirmed this system is stable, reliable and convenient maintenance etc, using P4 2.8 G processor, have 160G storage space, use Windows2000Sever operating system, and CP5611 card interface with, can realize the function of ProfiBus communications, solves the sewage treatment scattered, complicated and difficult to control shortcomings, improve the stability of the system operation, make water up to the national level 2 water standards.
