摘要
为了对患者进行平衡功能的康复,采用基于斜床减重训练,模拟人体下蹲站起、步行运功训练和虚拟游戏训练;使用面向对象程序设计语言Visual C++6.0设计了基于斜床减重的平衡功能训练软件系统;该软件采用多线程处理技术,实现对系统的总体控制、脚踏板运动控制、床身倾斜角度控制、双下肢同步屈伸与交替屈伸运动控制及虚拟游戏;实验结果表明:该软件系统运行良好,重心移动轨迹总长、重心移动总面积等参数数据测试准确,具有良好的临床应用价值。
In order to recovering patients' balance function, we designed this system which can simulate human squat and stand up, pace training and training in virtual games based on slant bed lose-weight training. This system is completed with Object-Oriented language VC+ +. The software designed over-all control block, pedal motion control, tilt bed control, simultaneous flexion of both lower extremities and the alternating flexion and extension motion control and virtual games with multi-threading technology. Experiment results show that this system runs well, has good clinical application.
