退变性脊柱侧弯分型的研究进展

Research Progress in Classification of Degenerative Scoliosis

随着社会老龄化的加剧,退变性脊柱侧弯发病率逐年升高。目前对于退变性脊柱侧弯的分型仍无统一的、固定的标准,现存的分型方法各有利弊。为达到脊柱畸形分型的目的 ,对该疾病系统化、预测疾病的自然进程及治疗结果、与健康状态或畸形程度相关联并能理想地指导治疗,探究一种更加可靠、有效的分型方法非常必要。

With the aggravation of the graying of society,the incidence of degenerative scoliosis elevates year by year.At present,there is no unified and fixed standard for the classification of degenerative scoliosis and the extant different classifications have advantages and disadvantages respectively.To achieve the purposes of spinal deformity′s classification：systematic categorizationof similar disorders,natural course of the disease and treatment outcome,correlation with health status or severity of deformity,and a guidance for optimal treatment,the exploration of a more reliable and effective classification method is necessary.
