广西2所高校学生营养知识态度及饮食行为调查 被引量:6

Investigation on nutrition knowledge,attitude and dietary behavior among students in 2 colleges of Guangxi

摘要 目的了解广西大学生营养知识、态度及饮食行为现状,为开展大学生营养教育提供参考。方法自行设计调查问卷,采用随机抽样的方式对广西2所大学634名学生进行调查。结果大学生缺乏基本的营养知识,营养知识总知晓率为59.5%,但多数具有良好的营养态度。48.4%的学生每天都吃早餐,大学生对奶类、豆类制品及蔬菜水果的每日食用率较低,只有20.7%的学生以营养价值及身体需要作为选择食物的主要依据。结论应采取多种形式加强大学生营养知识的健康教育,提高其营养知识与健康意识,养成良好饮食习惯。 Objective To understand the status of nutrition knowledge, attitude and dietary behavior in college students of Guangxi so as to provide the reference for future nutrition education. Methods A total of 634 students in 2 colleges of Guangxi were selected with the random sampling method and investigated with self-designed questionnaires. Results The students lacked a better understanding of nutrition knowledge, and the total awareness rate of nutrition knowledge was 59.5 %. However, most of them held a positive attitude towards nutrition. Meanwhile, there existed some unhealthy dietary behaviors such as irregular breakfast, food preference, eating snack and midnight snack. Conclusions It is necessary to implement nutrition education activities to college students in order to help them obtain more nutrition knowledge and take healthy dietary behaviors.
