重建钛板在修复下颌骨缺损中的临床应用

Clinical application of reconstruction Ti-plate used in mandibular defect restoration

目的观察重建钛板在下颌骨缺损修复治疗中的应用效果,以期确定修复重建下颌骨缺损的理想材料。方法对14例下颌骨肿瘤、骨髓炎手术切除部分下颌骨的病例行重建钛板的修复治疗。结果 14例病例均愈合良好,较好地恢复了下颌骨的连续性及功能。结论重建钛板在获得性下颌骨缺损的修复治疗中治疗效果良好,有广阔的应用前景。

Objective To observe the application effect of the reconstruction Ti-plate in mandibular detect reconstruction in order to determine the ideal material. Methods Fourteen patients with mandibular defect because of mandibular tumors or mandibular osteomyelitis received the mandibular defect restoration treatments by using reconstruction Ti-plate. Results All the 14 patients healed well~ restoring the continuity and function of the mandible successfully. Conclusions The therapeutic effect of reconstruction of mandibular titanium plate in restoring the acquired defect is very good. Reconstruction Ti-Plate has broad prospects in clinic.
